Special Report: NRWA Launching New Member Portal July 30

The National Rural Water Association is excited to announce the official launch of the new Member Portal this Thursday, July 30. With this new platform, members will have access to communities, discussion forums, blogs, and an extensive resource library. Members can also update their profile with the most current information, pay or renew membership dues and purchase items from the NRWA Store.

Last year, NRWA began overhauling our membership system and updating our websites. These projects were necessary to replace the software that powered the WaterPro Community which was being phased out and no longer supported by the software provider. This decision was a catalyst for NRWA to create a better experience for our members.

The implementation process of the new software has been a priority for the NRWA staff. As an association, we are committed to providing our members with quality benefits like this new Member Portal. This will be a powerful tool that continues to grow and evolve.

This Thursday, July 30, will be the official launch date of our Member Portal. We expect that you will be impressed with the new and improved experience! You will find that you have easier access to information, an improved user experience, and an interactive way to network with other water and wastewater professionals.

We appreciate your patience and support of the National Rural Water Association. Later this week, each member that had a subscription to the old WaterPro Community will receive detailed instructions regarding entry to the new Member Portal. Please keep an eye out in your email inbox for these instructions. For everyone that is new and would like to join, you will be able to create an account.
