This 6-session course will follow the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) Need-To-Know Criteria for Water Distribution Operator, while engaging students to explore essential job tasks and supporting knowledge through hands-on practice and instruction. The course examines the exam content outline at the appropriate job task complexity level through instructor-led discussions, practice exams, and activities.  While exam preparation is one component of this course, the goal is to develop tomorrow’s workforce.
